Mark Dempsey is the Organic Technical Service Provider for Carolina Farm Stewardship Association. At CFSA, Mark helps growers protect soil and water on their farms through conservation planning. He is a cover crop specialist and worked for many years as a researcher studying organic no-till agriculture. He is also a graduate student at Clemson, adapting lentils to the Southeastern US.
