Megan is the Programs Coordinator. A native of Fairview, NC, she has worked in environmental and sustainability education for 12 years in six different states, including a grass-fed meat farm in Ohio, an intentional community in rural Illinois, an environmental semester school in northern Wisconsin, and, most recently, at Muddy Sneakers, a nature-based science education nonprofit in NC. She holds a masters in natural resources with a concentration in environmental education through UW-SP. She is passionate about creating accessible and outstanding educational opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds. She enjoys farmers markets, cooking with local foods, and exploring the outdoors with her German Shorthaired Pointer mix, Tag.
