2025 Spring Conference Registration
Choosing Your Registration
Whether you'd like to sign up for a pre-conference (Friday) workshop only, one day of the event, or the entire conference weekend, our options allow attendees to maintain a flexible schedule.
**If you choose a single-day or full-weekend pass, Friday’s pre-conferences and half-days can be added at checkout. If you only plan to attend a pre-conference or half-day class on Friday (and none on Saturday and Sunday), purchase the single-day option.
How Sliding Scale Works
We are offering sliding scale pricing again for our 2025 conference, meaning you can select the ticket price that best meets your needs. These descriptions should guide you in selecting the right sliding scale price for yourself:
Fruits (supporter pricing)
My employer is paying for my ticket or I am being paid to participate.
I earn more than enough to meet my needs and contribute to savings.
I work part-time or do not work by choice.
I have access to financial support whenever I need.
I would like to support my fellow co-learners in accessing this conference.
Shoots (true price)
I am comfortably able to meet all of my basic needs.
I am employed or have regular ongoing work.
I have access to financial savings.
I regularly eat out and buy tickets to events and activities.
Roots (equity pricing)
I am a student, apprentice, or beginning farmer with debt.
I struggle to maintain access to basic needs like healthcare, food, housing, etc.
I live paycheck to paycheck or struggle with debt.
I am unemployed, underemployed, and/or have difficulty finding work due to an incarceration history.
My ancestors have been historically excluded from agricultural or organic learning spaces.
Apply for a Scholarship
OGS recognizes that the impacts of Hurricane Helene may have made it difficult for farmers and home growers to afford conference registration. Coming together to grieve, learn from one another, and discuss future directions is important. In 2025, early bird discounts and sliding scale pricing will be offered. However, for those still unable to afford entry to the Spring Conference, applying for a scholarship is highly encouraged. Scholarships will be assessed and awarded on a bi-weekly basis.
