CRAFT Tour – September 25th – Spice Holler Farm – Closed Loop Systems

Spice Holler Farm is a small herb farm nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina. They grow crops using regenerative farming practices. The tour will focus on creating and maintaining closed loop systems to increase soil fertility and decrease off-farm inputs with a special focus on mulch, compost, and fermented weed tea.
