Hello and thank you so much for joining us for the 24th Annual Spring Conference. We look forward to meeting you or seeing you again! Here are some details to get you prepared:

Dates: Saturday and Sunday, March 11–12 (Pre-Conference Workshops are on Friday, March 11)

Time: Classes begin at 9:00 am and end at 6:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

When to Arrive: Check-In and Registration will be located in the Exhibit Tent on the north end of the campus quad in front of the Ramsey Library. If you have Pre-Registered for the conference, go to the Check-In area. There you can pick up your nametag and the revised conference schedule. Check-In starts at 7:30AM on Saturday and Sunday morning.

You must have your nametag with you to attend the sessions.

If you need to register for the conference on-site, you must go to Registration table in the same area as Check-In. This also starts at 7:30AM on Saturday and Sunday morning. Follow the signs!

Location: UNCA in Asheville, North Carolina. Click HERE for directions to the conference

Parking: Parking for General Registrants is allowed in any lots on campus EXCEPT lots P1-P17 and P20, which are reserved. Otherwise, all remaining lots are available.

Exhibitors & Meals: Our exhibitor trade show will be open all day. Be sure to visit these local businesses. Food vendors serving healthy, local, and nutritious food will be available for breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.  If you pre-ordered a box lunch it will be available for pick up at Rosetta’s Kitchen or Sweet Monkey Bakery & Cafe in front of Lipinsky Auditorium.

What to bring: You will be walking outdoors between classroom buildings to get to your sessions, so have a winter coat and rain gear, if the weather requires it. Please help minimize waste by bringing your own mug for drinks and utensils for lunch.

Refund Policy: Registration for the OGS Spring Conference is non-refundable. The conference will be held rain, snow or shine. The only exemption is if you register for a half-day workshop or the Children’s program, are notified that it is full, and choose not to attend as a result. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to send you documentation so that your registration fee can be recorded as a tax-deductible contribution to the ongoing work of the Organic Growers School, Inc.

Your Registration Details: Please see your original sales receipt for the specific details of your weekend registration or wait to receive your name tag with the details printed on it. Here is the most up-to-date class schedule for the weekend.

Still need to register?

Online registration for the Spring Conference is now closed. There will be “DAY-OF” registration available on both Saturday and Sunday on-site at UNCA beginning at 7:30AM.

There is NO “DAY-OF” registration for Friday Pre-Conference Workshops. You must be pre-registered for admission!

Please note the time-change over the weekend as the clocks turn FORWARD at midnight on Saturday (to become 1:00AM).
